2021 – Dec – New year’s at Karan’s Farm

Karan & Swathy Mandgi Invited us to welcome New year 2022 at their farm along with Jineesha & Siddarth and all the kids

The farm is set close to Hosur, amidst loads of greenery and a wonderful house with pool, a garden, dogs and other animals!

Preeti, Ishaan, and I reached the place around 3 pm after picking up a whole lot of food from Dindigul Thalakapatti at Hosur.

The mood was set for the party with a good home-cooked meal and some interesting cocktails and beer by Lunch time.

We tried to get the kids to become as tired as possible to ensure they slept early enough so we could begin our session. However, maybe the kids had the same intuition and tried their damndest to tire us out first 😄. Karan taught Ishaan his moves in bowling, we read to the kids. I helped by not helping.

We read. We played. We swam. And then it poured!

Finally, the kids obliged and we put them to bed by around 9 pm.

We drank and joked till about 2 am. Woke up with a Hangover on the first day of 2022! Sets the tone for the year ahead!!!

We left early next morning by 9 and reached home by 11 after breakfast somewhere close to Hosur!
