BNI Odyssey Celebrates Women Entrepreneurs Day – March 27 2021

At Odyssey, we celebrated all the women entrepreneurs of our chapter, with a small presentation on 27th March 2021, at the Rotary House of Friendship in Lavelle Road, Bangalore.

I am extremely proud and happy to be in the company of Strong, passionate businesswomen, who teach me every day, that if they can manage a home, a family, a team, the big bad world of clients, projects, traffic and still wear a smile on their face, that lights up everyone around them

We do not hear very often what our near and dears think of our entrepreneurial journey.

We attempted to change that, reaching out to the close friends and family of the women of BNI Odyssey Chapter this women’s day, to tell us “Why they are proud of their friend/sister/mother/partner as an entrepreneur”.

Some interesting stories, some heartfelt moments, all true.

These are the 15 Powerful women of BNI Odyssey, who run their own businesses or are major decision-makers in the businesses they represent.

Sabah Mystery.

This girl is definitely a mystery. Where she gets the strength, the focus, the knack and the calm of getting things done are beyond me.

At any given point, in spite of the 100 things that are thrown at her, she ensures that what’s needed to be done, is done. She has single-handedly managed odyssey. Pushed each member to do their best, and there is not one member in the membership committee that will forget her.

Everyone knows good things come in small packages. And that’s true for Some lawyers as well.

She’s helped me professionally, but more importantly personally as well.

Our incoming president, is always ready . She’s been ready, be it her business, her odyssey or her passion for networking. The number of cross chapter work, the connections she has forged, and the professional relationships she has maintained across industries is very evident.

Her passion for Singing is legendary. But her biryani is something even more so!!! ..

She’s come into the B2B team a Power buddy to the great Ramkumarr Seshu… and POWER is the significant word here.

I had the honor and privilege of interacting with her very briefly during her initial courtship of Odyssey.In spite of my best efforts at thwarting her membership by jabbering away with her even before she joined, she still powered on through.

This Quality of hers, this positivity that she brings to the floor, and to her work, is very apparent in all her interactions with anyone.
