22 Years Reunion – SBMJC Bcom Class of 2001

Nidhi Jain sparked the idea of a reunion of the class of 2001 of SBMJC with the suggestion of an overnight with friends who were otherwise connected largely through WhatsApp only.

Seeing a lot enthusiasm to meet up, Nidhi, Ravi, Sharmila and I forged a small team and reached out to resorts and got a good deal with Veerdency resort which ticked all the boxes

Close to bangalore. Comfortable. Cost effective. And most important. Vegetarian only.

I picked to shalini and the we head to meet Nidhi. She had asked me along with a few others to meet up with her at Brahmins idli.

We reached to find around ten of us gathered around and partook on steaming hot idli , Vada and chutney, while it was cold, chilly and wet outside!

We divided us amongst all the cars. I got the jackpot of getting all the women in my car, while Ravi and I had decided to travel together to the venue with ” three others” .

The look on Ravi’s face was priceless when he parked his car at City institute and saw that he had to “squeeze” in with 4 women!!!

Vinod Marlecha came to his rescue and they traveled in his car to the resort.

We reached the resort in time for high tea at 6 pm and the meeting, talking, Masti and everything never ended till 3pm the next day!!!
